Azerbaijani NGOs participated in a tree planting campaign in Kenya on National Tree Planting Day, organized in memory of hundreds of Kenyans who lost their lives as a result of the natural disaster - heavy rainfall that occurred in the country a few days ago. Parvana Valiyeva, member of the COP29 Organizing Committee and executive director of the Public Association "Service to Health", emphasized that the climate event that occurred in Kenya clearly demonstrates the consequences of global climate change.
